About

I have been specializing in grief support since 2015, providing individual counseling for children, adolescents, and adults. My experience also includes facilitating and co-facilitating grief support groups for family members of all ages.
I know first-hand that it’s not always easy to share your stories with someone, and sometimes it can take some help to understand what you’ve experienced and what it means to you.
My aspiration is to be a bridge from your grief to your healing - however that looks for you.
I specialize in trauma-informed, grief support including:
-
Play therapy for grieving children ages 4 and above
-
Individual therapy for adolescents and adults
-
Working with adolescents and their caregivers to rebuild their relationship after the death of a primary caregiver.
-
Supporting caregivers of grieving children
-
Facilitating grief-focused, process-oriented groups for adults, young adults and men
My mission is to support people of all ages impacted by a death-loss.
