Playfulness, Humor, & Compassion
Helping children, adolescents, and adults impacted
by grief and loss.
Through play therapy, one-on-one counseling, family therapy, or group therapy, you can reconnect with yourself and find your way to feeling whole again.
All are welcome here.
You may have found me here because you or someone you love is having a hard time. Perhaps there was a death many years ago that has been on your mind, or maybe there has been a more recent experience that feels tender and raw. Grief can be so messy and unpredictable - you may not even be sure what you are hoping for in seeking support. I am glad you are here.

I specialize in working with people of all ages in the healing process that takes place after a death-loss

Your child may be acting out at school or has suddenly become more attached. Perhaps you or your teenager have become more isolated and reactive.

Have you or your child experienced something that has been difficult to put into words?
Do you fear that you or your child might be holding it all in?

I specialize in working with people of all ages in the healing process that takes place after a death-loss, regardless of the cause of death or the relationship to the deceased. This work can include: education about death and dying and the ways it can impact our fight. flight, or freeze response; coping skills to get through hard times; working through the experience of the death to reduce intrusive thoughts or body reactions; and ways to integrate the deceased into your life moving forward.
Please take as much time as you need and feel welcome to reach out and ask questions if you see anything that resonates with you.
