Support for Parents and Caregivers
Children who are grieving a death can benefit from their parents and caregivers being aware, present, and grounded.
This can be difficult when children are dysregulated, acting out, or having difficulty separating.
I can support you and your family through educational sessions about what to look for, and ways to support your children. Parents and caregivers might also benefit from exploring ways to reconnect with their children and strengthen their relationships.
We can also work together to explore your own past history of grief and the ways in which the deaths you experienced as a child might be impacting your current relationships and perspective.
