Areas of Focus

You do not have to walk this path alone.

Perhaps you or your child is more irritable, explosive, forgetful, or unmotivated. There might be difficulty in connecting with others and no longer joy in the things that once brought happiness.

Therapeutic support can be helpful if you or your child are having difficulty engaging with life in a way that feels meaningful.

Some children may be struggling with big emotions as new milestones approach, such as starting a new school, getting their license, making a place on the team, or navigating the social challenges of friendships. Others may be experiencing nightmares, difficulty sleeping, fears around things that remind them of a stressful event, or reactions when they see or hear certain things.

Adults might find that they are experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, or stress. Perhaps you might be holding on to certain events or beliefs that are getting in the way of enjoying the life you want. I have helped people of all ages work through these difficult times and begin to reconnect with themselves in the way that feels best for them.

Together we can carve out wisdom from the hard experiences while making a path through the places where you might feel lost.

If you are wondering if support could be helpful for you or your child, please feel welcome to get in touch to hear how I may be able to help.
